LadaPower Online Store

A specialized online store where employees are on the same wavelength with customers.
LadaPower Online Store

The business owner is himself an active user of other online stores. Therefore, he wanted to create a store for his customers all over the world where it would be easy and convenient to place orders and buy spareparts for the favorite car brand, with a modern and concise design. Convenience, logical structure, clean and the simplest possible design are among the most important factors for increasing sales. I was tasked with retaining current customers without scaring them with a new design, and attracting new loyal users through a more thoughtful UX (public and private customer accounts).

Task

The most important task that was set for me was to retain current customers without scaring them with a new design, in addition to attracting new loyal users with a more thoughtful UX in buying familiar spare parts, simple interface and new in-demand user features.

Goals

My mission was to create more user-friendlier online store that could completely meet the customers’ needs and improve their user experience in browsing and shopping.

Process highlights

The results of competitive audits, conducted research, tests using wireframes and prototypes and in-depth analysis of customer behavior patterns allowed me to select only the most necessary functionality to meet most of the needs of this type of customer. My approach was focused on solving the actual tasks of the buyer using a minimum of resources and time.

Search by photo
Buyers often don’t remember the name of the spare part, but they have a photo. Now the search got easier for them!

  • The project’s working files are conveniently structured and organized in Figma (components, auto-layouts, variants, etc.) and fully prepared for the developers and/or sharing to related specialists for collaboration.
Pavel Skrypnik

I’m glad I didn’t go to a large agency for this project, because even after the work was completed, Alexey has always stayed in touch and helps quickly resolve any issue or give advice. During the project, we had many discussions about design and UX, since we have different experiences and different tastes. And thanks to that, in the end we got an excellent product. Alexey truly listens to his client and immerses himself in the task like no one else. I already have new tasks that I want to implement to keep my store in the best shape, and I will only turn to Alexey. He and his
team will deliver everything at the highest level.
